NDA to form Government in Bihar: Survey

Update: 2015-09-19 06:13 GMT
The latest survey done by Zee News predicts complete maority to form the next Government in Bihar for BJP-led NDA. While NDA is expected to win 140 seats, JD (U)-RJD-Congress alliance could bag only 70-odd seats in the upcoming Assembly polls. A neck-on-neck fight is expected between NDA & Grand Alliance in 22 Assembly segments.

NDA is going to be win over 50.8 percent vote share, whereas the vote share of Nithish Kumar's JD (U) and Lalu Prasad's RJD is just 42.5 percent. The big surprise here is that 41.2 percent of Muslims have been favouring the NDA. Seems like, Modi's mantra has worked yet again and the huge package has done the trick.

Bihar Assembly polls will be held in 5 phases. While the fight phase is on October 12th, last phase is on November 5th. Counting of votes is scheduled to take place on November 8th.
