At least nine people were injured in an attack by a leopard in Telangana's Medak district on Tuesday.The shocking incident happened at Chukkapur village in Kulcharam mandal of Medak district.
One of those injured was woman and her condition was reportedly serious and she is undergoing treatment at hospital in Medak.It was stated that the leopard has been moving since morning and the villagers were scared and ran away from the place.
The forest officials received a complaint from the villagers and rushed to the spot. After five-hour-long struggle, forest officials managed to captured the animal. It was later shifted to Nehru Zoological Park in Hyderabad.
