No case against Ram Charan

Ram Charan's public brawl with techies the other day in Hyderabad has crest a sensation of sorts and it was the matter that's been widely discussed everywhere including the social networking sites. Here is the actual story…

Ram Charan and Upasana were on their way to family dinner at a star hotel in their Aston Martin car (AP09 AJ 7389). The two techies in the Maruti have chased the actor's vehicle deliberately and also brushed against his car with their vehicle. Later, they blocked the path at a traffic junction stopping Charan from moving forward, even though the actor kept on sounding the horn. Irritated with that behavior, Charan blocked the path of the techies and called his bodyguards on phone to teach a lesson. By the time, the traffic constable alerted the other cops in duty, both the parties have disappeared from the location.

The techies have alleged that 6 security personnels have attacked them, but the cops came to know during the interrogation that only four guards were present at the spot. In fact, they clearly stated that Charan hasn't manhandled them but a section of media falsely reported the actor's role.

Though the techies reached the police station with the intention to lodge a complaint, they backed off without filing any case later saying they would resolve the issue through a compromise after police warned them of getting into trouble for their reckless driving that was captured in the CCTV cameras and also for making some false allegations against a celebrity.

Banjara Hills ACP made it clear that the cops can't do anything in such cases as the complaint hasn't been lodged and they can't take action without the directions from court as its a non-cognisable case.
