No Modi Tours In Telangana Anytime Soon?

Prime Minister Modi's strategies are difficult to understand. Yet, there is one thing that is common in most of his moves. Whenever a state goes to polls, Modi begins to tour the state very frequently. This starts six to eight months before the actual elections. He comes to the state at every goven opportunity and tries to prove his love for the state. In a few days, he would hog the headlines and soon become the talking point. Thus he sets the poll agenda. The BJP local unit gets energized by his frequent visits. This finally helps the part in bagging the state. This is how he had won North Eastern states.

But, down south, Modi may not be following this strategy. Though there is a news that the TRS will call for early polls in Telangana. Even the polls in AP are not too far away. Given this, Modi has not begun his regular tours. He has not paied a visit to the state in many months.  Does this mean that he is not serious about winning Telangana and Andhra Pradesh? Or has he decided to allow the regional parties - especially TRS in Telagnana - to win? Is it because he has an assurance from the TRS that it will stay with the NDA?

Some sources said that Telangana elections might take place along with BJP ruled states of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.  Modi will focus more on these three states and not on Telangana, where the party prospects are bleak.
