The European country United Kingdom which faced the wrath of the second wave of the Coronavirus braced the emergence of the new strain of Coronavirus virus which was found during mid-September.
Adding more troubles to the United Kingdom, a new strain of the Coronavirus virus was detected in the nation recently. The new strain of the virus is more infectious compared to the previous strain.
British Health Secretary Matt Hancock addressed the media over the new strain and said that the new strain of the virus was detected in Britain and the infections are linked to South Africa.
He said, both the infections who have come in contact with the more potential Covid-19 virus strain have traveled to South Africa recently.
The new strain of the virus added more troubles to Britain, which is finding it challenging to tackle the spread of a mutated strain of the virus which is said to be nearly 70 more transmissible.
Now the newly found variant is said to be even more dangerous as the strain is said to be transmitted even faster.
