On spot waiver if Jagan returns ill gotten money

Day 2 of the debate over Governor ESL Narasimhan's address to two legislative houses of Andhra Pradesh too witnessed intense war of words. Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu continued to ridicule Opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the Assembly. Jagan was tried to corner Chandrababu by frequently mentioning about delay in loan-waiver scheme but  Chandrababu managed to escape with his clever answer and retorted Jagan in witty manner.
 
While answering Jagan query on loan-waiver scheme Naidu reminded that TRS government with surplus budget too is dillydallying at implementing the loan waiver then how can he do with a deficit budget?
 
Chandra Babu said, “All the loan waivers that took so far are done by the Central governments .No State government ever took up Loan Waiver. But we are doing it for the commitment to help farmers in distress.Since we have deficit budget, it takes to time to carry out but we are not moving out of the promise. There are several difficulties that arose due to state division and we are working on it”

By concluding his speech Chandra Babu ridiculed Jagan  by saying that young leader should return his ill-gotten money to help the farmers. He promised to do loan waiver on the spot if Jagan comes forward and gives the corrupt money.
 
‘’Handover all the money you earned through corruption. I will immediately implement the scheme and all the loans will be waived off on spot."  

Many of the YSR leaders turns red faced while Babu saying this and TDP leaders enjoyed the comments with thumping desks.Chandra Babu Naidu reiterated that he would leave no stone unturned to make Andhra Pradesh into Swarnandra Pradesh.
