Update: 2020-01-28 09:48 GMT
In a quick turn of events, YS Sunita, daughter of late Vivekananda Reddy who was murdered in his residence under doubtful circumstances on March 14, 2019, has moved the High Court to hand over Vivekananda Reddy's case to the CBI.

Earlier, YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunita, YS Jagan, Vivekananda Reddy's wife Soubhagyaamma, MLC Btech Ravi and former minister Adinarayana Reddy have filed separate petitions in the High Court demanding that the case be handed over to the CBI.

This latest development has created a sensation in the political circles as the much talked out case again found itself in the headlines once again. With this, the case has now become more complicated.

It has been widely reported that the High Court will hear all the petition filed on Tuesday and now the case has got significance. We have to wait and see whether the court will handover the case to the CBI.

On the other hand, the government told the court that the SIT investigation in this much talked about case is in the final stage and now handling over the case will hinder the case progress.
