In response to the lawsuit, Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) made it clear Paul Walker is well aware of all the risks that comes with using limited-edition 2005 Porsche Carrera GT. It says the accident was completely Paul Walker's fault and sought quashing of the lawsuit.
