Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday offered prayers at the famous Lord Krishna Temple in Guruvayoor, Kerala. Traditional Kerala style Dhoti-Clad Appearance of NaMo during the temple visit grabbed lot of eye-balls.
The highlight of all is the 'thulabharam' performed by Narendra Modi. Over 111 kg of Lotus Flowers were arranged by the Temple Authorities for the ritual. Apart from flowers, PM offered kadali fruit and ghee to the deity.
Modi opined, 'Guruvayur Temple is divine. Offered prayers for the progress and prosperity of India at the famed Temple'.
PM described his Thulabaram as a blessed moment from the Guruvayur Temple. Post the darshan, Modi went to the temple guest house by foot.
