Placard of AP Special Status in Modi's Dubai Meeting

The voice of Telugus who demanding Special Category Status for Andhra Pradesh has reached Dubai. Yes, This was quite evident with the fact that placards were displayed at the Cricket Stadium where Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed 50,000 Indians in Dubai recently.

A Person believed to be hailing from Andhra Pradesh has hold a placard, which consists text in English and Telugu seeking Special Status to AP, in his hands when he attended the Prime Minister's Address. This may or mayn't have been noticed by Modi but hundreds of people around this man were seen reading the text written on it out of curiosity.

This Andhrite was identified as Ontela Rafi and he is a native of Ramasamudram in Chittoor district. He claimed to have attended the meeting only to bring to the notice of Prime Minister the injustice being done to AP because of the false promises made by the outgoing UPA & current NDA Government. He opined Special Status will help the State to some extent to attain financial stability
