Tweet to PM: Comedian may face Jail

Popular comedian Kapil Sharma has tweeted director PM Modi that BMC officials are demanding 5 lakhs bribe from him despite him paying 15 crore in Income Taxes.

Taking the issues seriously, Maha CM Devender Fhadnis prompted strict action on wrong doers. Meanwhile, BMC officials have now revealed that there are huge irregularities pertaining to Kapil's 9th floor flat in the Goregaon high-rise DLH Enclave and filed FIR on him. If the violation charges are proved in court, a jail term varying from one month to three years, and a fine of Rs 2,000-5,000 will be levied on Kapil Sharma.

Another actor Irfan Khan is also named in the FIR as his flat in the same locality also violated the norms of BMC and constructed.
