With the sounding of poll bugle, the political mercury has suddenly soared in Telangana. With just few hours left for the big announcement from chief minister KCR, the politicians of all hues have begun making frantic visits to their respective party offices. The offices are buzzing with activity. The TRS headquarters in Banjara Hills and the Pragathi Bhavan are seeing hectic activity. The Congress, which only has activity only when some national leader visits the the state, is now a beehive of activity. The TDP, which once hummed with activity, is now desolate with no activity. The BJP too witnesses activity only when there are meetings are also suddenly active thanks to the elections.
Now leaders from different parts of the state are rushing to the state headquarters to seek tickets. They are being accompanied by their supporters. So, there is lot of activity in the party offices. The TRS is planning 100 meets in 50 days and the party workers are discussing the nitty gritty of these meetings. Though the Congress has not yet spelt out its stand, it is planning to get Rahul Gandhi to tour the state in detail to turn the tide. Though the TDP office is not showing much activity, there is indeed some increase in view of the elections. The BJP too is witnessing heavy activity.
