79.64 Percent Polling in Andhra Pradesh

About 79.64 percent of polling was recorded in 2019 AP Elections which happened on April 11th. That's more than the polling percentage in 2014 Polls (78.41 percent).

Highest Polling took place at Addanki Assembly Constituency (89.92 percent) in Prakasam District. Jaggaiahpeta (89.64) in Krishna District and Darsi in Prakasam District (89.62) are at 2nd and 3rd positions. While Prakasam District (85.93) managed to get Highest Polling Percentage, Lowest Polling Percentage was recorded in Visakha District (71.81 percent).

Out of 3.93 crore eligible voters in AP, About 3.13 crore people exercised their right to vote. It's 26 lakh more than the votes polled in the last election.

AP Chief Electoral Officer Dwivedi recommended re-polling in few polling booths where violent incidents happened. Election Commission is yet to take a final call.

Srikakulam: 75.14 percent

Vizianagaram: 80.68 percent

Visakhapatnam: 71.81 percent

East Godavari: 80.08 percent

West Godavari: 82.19 percent

Guntur: 82.37 percent

Krishna: 81.12 percent

Prakasam: 85.93 percent

Nellore: Rs 76.68 percent

Kadapa: 77.21 percent

Kurnool: 77.68 percent

Anantapur: 81.90 percent

Chittoor: 81.03 percent
