Poultry Owner lodges complaint in Police Station after his hens stopped laying eggs

People visit Police Station to lodge a complaint if their vehicles, ore other belongings were lost. But a person surprised the cops by lodging a complaint that his hens stopped laying eggs.

The incident was reported in Maharashtra's Pune district. A poultry owner moved the local police station with a complaint claiming that the hens in his poultry stopped laying eggs.

The poultry owner in his complaint has claimed that the hens stopped giving eggs after he fed them a particular feed. He even claimed that a few farmers are facing the same problem.

The poultry owner who lodged the complaint hails from Mhatobachi Alandi village. Reacting to the complaint, the cops launched a preliminary investigation in this regard.

Speaking to the media, Senior inspector Rajendra Mokashi, in charge of Loni Kalbhor police station said that, their preliminary investigation has guided them to a manufacturer based out of Ahmedabad district.

After being fed with the feeding, the hens are developing issues in laying eggs.  A few farmers in the nearby region complained of the same. The concerned manufacturer has been asked to visit the police station. A statement will be issued after questioning the manufacturer, he added.
