We offered Tirupati Laddus, Not Stale Laddus!

Union Human Resources Development Minister Prakash Javdekar on Sunday visited Tirumala for the darshan of Lord Balaji during the VIP Break.

Speaking to media, Prakash Javdekar told: 'Although other states were objecting Special Category Status to AP, Seemandhra Region is very special for Us. We have offered Tirupati laddus for Andhra Pradesh, not stale laddus'.

The Union Minister promised Centre would fulfill all the promises made to the people of AP. He claims to have issued all the environmental clearances for the construction of Amaravati. Javdekar revealed Rs 10,000 crore were sanctioned for Industrial Corridor. He further said, 'In addition, About Rs 22,000 crore will be granted for Industrial corridor in the next three yeas'.

Prakash Javdekar Today visited IIT Campus in Tirupati. This is his first visit to the reputed Institution after taking charge as Union HRD Minister.
