President's Rule Ended in Maharashtra Early Morning Today

The President's Rule which was imposed in Maharashtra following the order issued by the President of India, Ramnath Kovind was ended today during the early hours.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued orders to end the President's Rule in the state. The order stated that the President's Rule ended at Early Morning 5.47 Saturday.

The BJP sought the help of NCP and formed the new government with Devendra Fadnavis becoming the Chief Minister and NCP leader Ajit Pawar as the Deputy CM.

The President's Rule was imposed in the state on November 12th. With the new development in the state, the 12 days long President's Rule ended. Union Home Department Secretary Ajay Kumar Balla has issued a notification which only has three sentences in that.
