The government suspended a private hospital's licence for faking the test report of the pandemic test. The shocking incident came to limelight after a video in which a hospital staff member issuing a fake report went viral.
The shocking incident took place in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh. In the viral video, the staff member said, they provided the fake pandemic by taking Rs 2,500 from the patient.
Talking about the same, Meerut District Magistrate Anil Dhingra said, the license of the nursing home was suspended and a case was also registered accordingly. The lab has been sealed.
The Magistrate added that this is a punishable offense and those who indulge in such practices in this crisis time will not be spared and strict action will be taken against them.
