Update: 2020-07-20 11:50 GMT
Heavy rains across the country have been making the coronavirus victims more panic. Several reports said that many hospitals were heavily filled with the rainwater. Now, one such incident came to light, where a Covid hospital was completely occupied with rainwater.

A coronavirus-designated hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly was flooded after rainwater gushed through the roof of the patient ward. The cause of the flooding is said to be a pipe leakage, which flooded the hospital amid the rains.

In the video, we can see water pouring down from a hole in the ceiling as patients look on. The hospital managed took the action only after the video went viral on the Internet.

Now, this incident has become a hot topic of discussion in the state. Opposition parties, including the Samajwadi Party and the Congress, have flagged that it reflects the reckless attitude of CM Yogi Adityanath as part of the Covid crackdown.

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi tweeted the video on Twitter, criticizing the UP government. She tweeted that the plight at Covid Hospital in Bareilly is worrying.
