Property Tax not paid for Jayalalithaa's House in Hyd

Former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa owns a house in plot No.16 G/F, Radhika Colony of West Marredpally, Hyderabad. This property was purchased by Jayalalithaa when she was a Top Actress down South. She used to juggle between Hyderabad & Chennai as part of her film commitments. Hence, Amma purchased this property for her accommodation.

As per Secunderabad Cantonment Board, The Property Tax of this House wasn't paid for the past two years. A notice was served on Tuesday demanding payment of Rs 35,424. As the house remained locked, The Officials have put up a notice at this property.

According to the Locals, None have been living at Jayalalithaa's house since the past three months due to renovation works. They had never seen Sasikala Natarajan visiting this place so far.

As per election affidavit filed in 2015, Jayalalithaa declared assets to the tune of Rs 117.13 crore (Movable Assets: Rs 45.04 crore, Immovable Assets: Rs 72.09 crore). She also owns 17.83 acres of agriculture land in Jeedimetla and 14,000 sq ft building in Srinagar Colony. After her demise, Who will stake claim of Jayalalithaa's over Rs 100 crore properties? Did she ever written a Will?
