Telangana Government proudly announced Qualcomm is all set to establish it's largest campus outside the United States in Hyderabad. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 3,000 crore.
Qualcomm Project Phase 1 will have a Built-up Space of 1.7 million sq ft. This campus is likely to start functioning in the year 2019. It provides Employment for 10,000 people.
Representatives of Qualcomm held discussions with Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao in Hyderabad to discuss about their future plans. 'By now, We have Microsoft, Apple, Google, Facebook, Amazon and Qualcomm. Few more are in the pipeline to boost the brand image of Hyderabad & Telangana. Qualcomm will focus on driving Technology Leadership in 5G, loT & Mobile Platforms Research,' informed KTR.
