Update: 2018-02-15 11:49 GMT
Punjab National Bank lodged a complaint alleging Jewellery Film owner Nirav Modi cheated the bank by entering into a criminal conspiracy with its officials. Enforcement Directorate conducted raids on at least 10 premises including Nirav's residence and his jewellery showroom in Kala Ghoda area in connection with the case.

State-owned Punjab National Bank suspended 10 officials holding them responsible for the Rs 11,400 crore scam. The matter was referred to CBI and the Investigative Agency charged Nirav Modi with cheating.

Shockingly, Nirav Modi was found in an image of the PM Modi during the photo op at Davos earlier this year. He now flees the country raising the suspicion if Government helped him escape just alike it happen in Vijay Mallya's case. Opposition alleges Nirav Modi used his influence with PM to get away with the Rs 280 crore fraud scam. He seems to be in Switzerland at present.

Rahul Gandhi slammed NDA Government while reacting over the PNB Scam. Using the hashtag 'From 1 Modi to Another', He wrote: 'Guide to Looting India by Nirav MODI : 1. Hug PM Modi 2. Be seen with him in DAVOS. Use that clout to: A. Steal 12,000 Cr B. Slip out of the country like Mallya, while the Govt looks the other way'.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal questioned: 'Is it possible to believe that Nirav Modi or Vijay Mallya left the country without active connivance of BJP Govt?'.
