The infamous incident of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) which went through many twists and turns took another turn with Special Invitee of TTD Rakesh Sinha opposing the decision.

Rakesh Sinha wrote to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) Chairman Y.V. Subba Reddy and found fault with the decision to sell 50 land properties belonging to TTD Devasthanams in Tamil Nadu and Rishikesh.

In his letter, Rakesh urged TTD Chairman to not go ahead with his decision to sell the properties and the sentiments of the devotees who donated for the temple should be respected.

The Special Invitee of TTD took to Twitter to share his opinion on the decision of TTD on selling the lands.

'The logic behind to sale 63 properties belonging to TTD Devasthanams (small pieces of land &unmanageable) is untenable.

The decision was taken in 2016 by TTD Board constituted by @ncbn . I wrote a letter to the TTD Chairman Sh Subba Rao Garu to stop this and review it in TTD Board,' his Tweet read.

Earlier the Opposition leaders and Janasena supremo came down severely on the decisions and asked the TTD to stop this process which hurts the feelings of the devotees.
