It is known that 'Yevadu' release got delayed by few months due to the political uncertainity in the state regarding the Telangana issue. As the situation got settled down a bit, Dil Raju has planned the release of the film on December 19th as Chritmas special.
However, 'Yevadu' is unlikely to release on this scheduled date as the Telangana bill will be placed in the Winter Sessions of Assembly and Parliament at the same time. As Congress High Command is firm on carving out a new state, Agitations in Seemandhra region will once again reach a peak stage to temporarily halt the screenings of the films once again.
When asked about the chances of postponement, Dil Raju said he has plans to release 'Yevadu' on Dec 19th and also didn't rule out the chances of shifting to Pongal based on the situation.
Surely, Ram Charan is feeling tensed as his previous release 'Toofan' has bitten the dust and he badly needs a solid hit to forget that nightmare. All that he wants now is a smooth solo release for 'Yevadu' to shut the mouths of the critics.
