Ram Rahim Rape Victims face life threat

At least 31 People were killed in the violence which took place after the conviction of Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in the rape case. Haryana Chief Minister admits lapses and warned stringent action against the culprits. Cops and Army remain on high-alert.

The whereabouts of Two Sadhvis who were raped by Ram Rahim have been kept as a secret due to security reasons. 'Since few days, They were terrified and fear there is threat to their lives. The victims said they will migrate to other states if Ram Rahim was given clean chit by the CBI Court,' reveals the Lawyer of the Sadhvis.

Post the verdict, One of the Victims claimed Justice was done to them because of honest officers. She, however, feels there is no guarantee to their safety and fear the Godman's Followers might attack them.

In 2002, One of the Sadhvis wrote a 3-page letter to then PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee alleging Ram Rahim had raped her repeatedly. Later, Chandigarh High Court ordered for a CBI Inquiry into the allegations. The Investigative Agency found that another Sadhvi was also sexually assaulted by Ram Rahim. After 15 Years, CBI Court pronounced the verdict in the rape case.
