The former mayor of Kadapa and brother of YS Vijayamma Ravindranath Reddy stole the show in AP Legislative Assembly on Friday .Ravindaranath reddy took oath as MLA in the name of late Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy and his wife YS Vijayalakshmi along with God, the almighty.
Legislators used to take oath in the name of god or parents but taking oath in the name of sister and Brother-in-law is quite rare and Ravindranath Reddy credited the feat..As many as 175 members were sworn in one day and the second day of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly.

Earlier a case of cheating, forgery and use of fake seal was registered against Ravindranath by Kadapa police following a complaint lodged by Srinivasulu Reddy of Apparampalle village in Kamalapuram mandal.Ravindranath Reddy was sent to 14-days judicial remand in connection with that case later released on bail.
