TDP MP threatens to RESIGN

TDP MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao expressed his displeasure over the snail-pace in completion of welfare & development works in his Parliament constituency. At one point, He even threatened to resign as Member of Parliament.

Rayapati staged a protest during the Review Meeting held by Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao in Guntur Zilla Parishad Meeting Hall. He complained none of the representations to Minister and Officials in the past one year highlighting the issues have been resolved.

The 5-Time MP alleged Officials didn't bother to address the drinking water issues in his constituency. He claimed to have arranged tankers to people bearing all the expenses for overcoming the water scarcity. He also accused Collector of ignoring the Palnadu Mirchi Yard issue.

After Rayapati threatened to resign, Minister Pulla Rao intervened and directed Officials to resolve all the issues raised by the Senior MP.
