Retired IAS officer and former Additional Secretary in Andhra Pradesh CMO, PV Ramesh, and his family members have been receiving messages, according to him. He shared this on Twitter.

In his tweet, PV Ramesh shared an unlisted mobile number, from which he and his family members are receiving WhatsApp messages. He said the number might be of YSRCP MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju.

Tagging the rebel YSRCP MP, the retired IAS asked him to respond to this. RRR responded to his tweet and said, his mobile number was with the CBCID and said, his mobile phone was not returned.

'I am notifying this info in public interest. I and my family members have been receiving #WhatsApp messages from an unlisted number +91 90009 11111 purported to be from @RaghuRaju_MP . MP may respond,' PV Ramesh tweeted.

Replying to Ramesh's tweet, RRR said he had never sent any messages between May 14 and June 1st. The MP said legal action would be initiated against Sunil Kumar and others if they had violated the rules.

'From 14th May till 1st June I have not sent any messages to anyone. I assure you that appropriate legal action would be initiated against sunil kumar and others if they misused in violation of rules,' RRR said.

On the flip side, RRR's legal team had reportedly served notices to Additional DGP and AP CID to hand over the articles to the magistrate which were seized, when the MP was arrested at his residence.

In the notice, the MP's legal team maintained that the Lok Sabha member's mobile phone was seized by the CID sleuths and the mobile phone has valuable information. The mobile phone is crucial to perform his duties, the notice said.
