Revanth Reddy who was arrested in the Cash for Vote scandal has been in judicial remand for more than three weeks now. Seems Revanth Reddy has to wait few more days.His bail petition hearing was completed today and the judge adjourned the verdict until Tuesday.
High Court after hearing to arguments from Revanth Reddys advocate Siddarth lutra and Telangana advocate General Ramakrishna Reddy adjourned the case to Tuesday.Revanth Reddy was arrested on May 31 in the cash for vote scandal. Earlier Telangana ACB requested two days time to file the counter affidavit on Tuesday.
ACB has submitted an affidavit to court saying that they have got additional evidences and information and asked two more days time. Granting permission, the court posted the hearing to Friday.
Earlier Revanth Reddy, was granted 12-hour bail by the Special Judge for ACB Cases in connection with his daughters engagement ceremony.
