The pictures and videos of the road mishap went viral on social media within no time. A few eyewitnesses said that the luxury car in which Rishabh Pant was traveling collided with the railing and caught fire. A few reports say that the car was traveling at a high speed and Pant allegedly jumped out of the car to safety.

He was rushed to the Saksham Hospital on Delhi Road for further treatment. It is said that Pant might need surgery for his condition as he sustained severe injuries on his head and leg. Rishabh Pant has been referred to Max hospital in Dehradun.

After the news broke out fans started sending wishes to Pant for a speedy recovery. It is said that the accident happened while Pant was on his way to Uttarakhand to meet his family for the New Year occasion.

A few reports say that Rishabh Pant reportedly thought of surprising his family members and spending the New Year occasion with them. Unfortunately, his plan turned upside down and he met with a big road accident. Though he sustained injuries, Pant's condition is said to be steady and stable.

As the 25-year-old Wicket-keeper suffered a road accident in the early hours of Friday there is also an opinion that Pant might have dozed off and lost control of the vehicle. Uttarakhand DGP reportedly raised the same doubt after inspecting the accident spot.

The pictures of Rishabh Pant from the hospital show the cricketer with injuries on his head and leg. There were doctors beside him. There will be very few chances to survive in such a big accident as the fire was mostly damaged and caught fire. But Pant is fortunate enough to sustain injuries and undergo treatment. On his way to Uttarakhand from the national capital Delhi, he met with an accident.
