YCP MLA RK Roja pledged to oppose the Beach Love Festival to be organized by TDP Government at Visakhapatnam. She accused TDP Supremo of ruining the Telugu culture and traditions.

On Thursday, YCP Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Sai Reddy and MLA Roja came to Visakha to look after the arrangements being done for YS Jagan's Jai Andhra Pradesh public meeting on November 6th. Speaking to Mediapersons, The Nagari Legislator wishes the rule of Naravari Narakasura ends soon. She stressed future generations of Andhra Pradesh could progress only with Special Category Status. 'There is no safety for women during Chandrababu Naidu's regime,' she added.

On the eve of Valentine's Day, AP Government wishes to organize Beach Love Festival in Visakha. Such festivals were earlier organized in tourist destinations like Goa. State Government choose this route to improve Tourism and attack Investments.

Vijay Sai Reddy, on the other hand, opined Special Status and AP's Development are inter-linked. He told there is no truth in the perception that prohibition on liquor will empty state exchequer. He went on to criticize development in AP could be seen only on the paper.
