MLA RK Roja breathed fire on TDP Government during the public meeting of YSR Congress Party in Nandyal on Thursday. 'Why should anybody vote for Chandrababu? Voting for him is like supporting Corruption. Atrocities will only grow multifold if TDP is voted to power once again,' she opined.
The Nagari MLA alleged by-election in Nandyal is a result of horse trading by AP CM Chandrababu Naidu. She accused TDP Leadership of making Bhuma Nagireddy die of heart stroke after wooing him with cabinet berth. She also challenged the YCP MLAs who joined Telugu Desam to resign and contest by-poll before pointing fingers at her party.
Roja stated Nandyal is the bastion of YSR Family, citing Congress won in 2004 & 2009, YSRC won in 2014. She claimed development happened in Nandyal during YSR regime and the former CM was behind 4 percent reservation for Muslims.
