In an unfortunate turn of events, a father from Andhra Pradesh was left with no other option than to carry his deceased son on his two-wheeler from the hospital as the ambulance drivers are believed to have quoted a high price to shift the body to their house from the hospital facility.

The shocking incident was reported from the temple city Tirupati at the Sri Venkateswara Ramnarayan Ruia Government General Hospital. The issue became sensational and many people have expressed their concerns over what happened with the small boy’s family.

Reacting to the issue, the authorities at the hospital have swung into action and called for an investigation. As the initial investigation had pointed fingers toward a few ambulance drivers, they were arrested by the cops and a further investigation is underway.

It is believed that the arrested ambulance drivers have a history of charging high amounts from the patient to carry them to their houses. It is also said that the drivers quote a big amount if they have to carry a dead body.

Not just that, the Resident Medical Officer of the Sri Venkateswara Ramnarain Ruia Government General Hospital (GGH) Dr. Sarswati has been suspended, while Dr. T. Bharati, the Superintendent of the Ruia GGH was sla[pped with a show-cause notice.

An inquiry has been called by the Ministry of Health in Andhra Pradesh to look into the matter to know what happened in detail. As it is alleged that a few officials are facing allegations of showing negligence while rendering their services, they might face serious actions if they are found guilty.

Tracing the issue, a ten-year-old, who hails from the Chitwel Mandal village near Tirupati was admitted to the state-run hospital. He has been suffering from a Kidney issue and the treatment could not save the boy. After he was declared dead, the boy's father tried to take him back to his house.

However, the boy's father suffered a big shock hearing the amount asked by the ambulance drivers. Having felt that he cannot afford the charge, he carried his son on his two-wheeler. The video of the father carrying his son went viral instantly.
