Why Union Law Minister blamed AP Government?

Update: 2016-04-30 04:49 GMT
Union Law Minister Sadananda Gowda blamed AP Government for the delay in the bifurcation of Hyderabad High Court.

In response to a question raised by a member in Parliament, Mr. Gowda complained AP Government failed to provide necessary infrastructure for setting up new high court in its capital Amaravati so far. 'This eventually brought the process of Hyderabad high court bifurcation to a halt,' he added.

HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao shots back at Centre by questioning, 'How could infrastructure be provided when the state doesn't have a capital city?'.

The recent developments have only been widening the gap between TDP & BJP further. Union Ministers Appointment to YS Jagan and their statements in Parliament regarding Special Category Status & High Court bifurcation could lead to a split between the alliance partners.
