The Andhra Pradesh government employees have hit the ball out of the park with the 'Chalo Vijayawada' rally. The protest became a big success and the employees looked like a sea of humanity at the BRTS Road in Vijayawada. The employees had managed to escape the restrictions imposed by the cops and eventually reached the protest site.
The protesting employees made Advisor to the Government Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy their target and found fault with his involvement in the issue and asked what he has to do with the agitation as it is the issue between them and the Andhra Pradesh government.
Speaking to the media, the employees came down severely on Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy and opposed his involvement in the issue, and urged Chief Minister YS Jagan, whom they have voted in the elections to take a call on the PRC issue.
The employees had reminded Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy that his job is to give advice to the government and asked him to stick to his job and not focus on the PRC issue which doesn't bother them in any manner. Why is he reacting to the issue all the time, when it was not his job, the employees asked.
Unhappy with Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy's involvement in this issue, the protesting employees are demanding that the Chief Minister should hold talks with them so that the issue can be addressed at the earliest without any further delay.
There is a reason behind employees' anger towards Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy. Since the employees started the agitation, Sajjala has been condemning them and urging them to not go on protest. He has been appealing to the employees to come for talks to sort out the issue.
After the Chalo Vijayawada rally, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy reportedly gave a warning to the employees that, they are forcing the government to take strict action against them, Sajjala said that, if the employees won't take a backstep, they will have to face the effect of it.
Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy repeatedly appealing to the employees to not protest against the PRC which is out of his purview did not go well with the employees and now they are breathing fire on him for the same.
