SC given stay on orders, KCR and Babu happy

Today supreme court ordered central government to delay implementation of the previous judgment on Krishna water dispute by 8 weeks. Regarding Krishna water disputes between Maharastra, Karnataka and legacy Andhra Pradesh had approached Brijesh Kumar committee which formed by central government.

After detailed analysis Brijesh kumar delivered his verdict caused huge outrage in Andhra Pradesh. Later the incidents AP government had decided to approach SC to get stay on this verdict. Considering new state formation few days back Telangana government had approached SC once again and filed a special petition. In this the state government urged to issue stay on the verdict. After detailed arguments today SC ordered central government and other three state governments to hold implementation of earlier judgment till 8 weeks.

Supreme Court asked Telangana and Andhra Pradesh state to file new petition in regards to Brijesh Kumar verdict. All the political leaders in both state had welcomed SC decision and urged ruling parties to take strong foot on their fundamental rights.
