Sehwag spoke like a Fool: Ganguly

Update: 2017-09-17 09:19 GMT
Former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly opined Virender Sehwag spoke foolishly while mentioning the reasons behind not getting selected as the Head Coach of Team India. 'Sehwag spoke foolishly, I have nothing to say,' says Dada, who is one of the 3-Members of the Cricket Advisory Committee which picks up National Coach.

In a TV Interview, Sehwag alleged few BCCI Officials had misled him. 'Applied for it just because BCCI requested Me. I wouldn't have be in the race had if I knew Ravi Shastri will apply for the job. There is no question of applying for Head Coach job again in future,' he told.

CAC & Indian Skipper preferred Ravi Shastri as the head coach of Team India after exit of Anil Kumble.

Ganguly expects full occupancy at Eden Gardens for the 2nd ODI between India and Australia on September 21st. He says remaining 15,000 tickets will be sold in the next 5 days.
