The Rajendrabagar police and the Special Operations Team have successfully busted a sex racket at Upparpally and arrested seven persons who were involved in this. They have rescued six women from this trade.
The arrested persons were identified as Manish, Deepak, Imran, Krishna, Sudhakar, Jagannath, and Tukaram.
The police said that they have rescued the women who were put in 3 bedrooms flat in a residential area who belongs to Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad, forced to enter this profession.
While the women were shifted to rescue homes, the men who got arrested were sent to court. Reportedly they were arrested in 2016 also.
The victims said that they were brought to Rajendranagar two weeks back and they were given Rs. 25,000 as salary per month. At the apartment, money, gold and condoms were found.
