In what could be seen as big blow to Chandrababu led TDP , an exodus of TDP leaders began in Telangana from the party to ruling TRS.According to sources several TDP MLAs getting ready to jump into the TRS bandwagon.
Out of the Fifteen MLAS Nearly five MLAs reportedly in touch with Telangana top league leaders for joining the TRS. Bending to the situation of alleged anti-Telangana decisions being taken by their chied Chandra Babu the MLAs are said to be planning to join in TRS in the first week of next month.
According to sources Ex Minister Talasani is trying hard to get the right time to join TRS.Talasani is reportedly piqued by the TDP ignoring the BC leaders after the elections.It is worth recollecting that Talasani had not participated in the TDP leaders dharna over Gurukul trust land issue.
The others who are in the list include: Prakash Goud, the sitting-in MLA of Rajendra Nagar; Vivekananda Goud, Qutbullapur MLA; Revanth Reddy, Kodangal MLA; Rajender Reddy, Naraynpet MLA. It is also learnt that KTR was allegedly called on by their rep concerning their joining.
Though Revanth Reddy was not very keen to join TRS, he was allegedly forced by his followers to take such decision.
All the defectors might play the card of Either Polavaram issue or the PPA cancellations issue to defend their decision.From the other end, TRS is also keen to welcome the joining of the leaders so that the party could wipe out the existence of TDP in the state, by the time next general elections approach. If the buzz is to be believed, already TRS party has come into an agreement with the leaders, by this time.However, The leaders is yet to respond to these speculations.
