Update: 2016-05-20 06:53 GMT
BJP Core Committee Meeting became a hot topic in AP Politics right now. While AP BJP Leaders expressed their helplessness, High Command made some shocking revelations.

During the Core Committee Meeting, BJP AP in-charge Siddharth Nath Singh informed party leaders that Special Status willn't be granted and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi is reluctant to fulfill the poll promise. He added, 'So far, Centre sanctioned a grant of Rs 1.56 lakh crore to AP'.

However, Core Committee Members complained that Centre has been treating AP on par with other states in the country inspite of not having a capital and not extending Special Financial Assistance is being pointed out. They asked Centre to clarify if its going to announce at least Special Package. 'We weren't in a position to go to the people. If Centre is keen on Special Package, Announce it as early as possible so that we could try to convince the people. At least, Provide the details of the kind of favors AP received from Centre in the past two years. TDP cornered Us, YSR Congress & Congress will benefit from this situation,' appealed the Members.

Siddharth Nath Singh has given a patient hearing and invited the BJP Core Committee Members to reach Delhi by month end. He also directed Minister Kamineni Srinivas to seek the appointment of Chandrababu Naidu. Before concluding, He advised BJP Leaders not to target TDP until the completion of Rajya Sabha polls.
