To end the difficulties, a new portal was launched by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) that provides all the details on the SIM cards that were issued against an Aadhar number.
Besides this, the Telecom Analytics for Fraud management and Consumer Protection(TAFCOP) website also informs the consumers if they have crossed the limit of nine SIM cards or not.
The facility of delisting the SIM cards was also given in the website. By providing the details of the numbers that are currently not in use, the numbers will be blocked and delisted from the Aadhar number.
