SIT Notice To Former TDP Minister Over YS Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case
Former minister Adinarayana Reddy is yet to attend the sit-in hearing. However, Adinarayana Reddy has been ordered to attend the hearing. Several orders have been issued under CRPC 160 and 41A. This seems to be a major turning point in the case.
It may be recalled that after the murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy on 15 March, SIT officials have recorded 850 witnesses including family members of Vivekananda Reddy like YS Avinash Reddy, YS Baskar Reddy, YS Manohar Reddy, and prepared a comprehensive report.
