Maoists on Wednesday evening abducted six TRS mandal-level leaders from Pusuguppa village in Charla mandal. However, The news came to light only by Thursday afternoon and that too when the ruling party leaders didn't return to their residences after paying a visit to the remote village.
Among those Abducted were TRS Bhadrachalam constituency in-charge M Ramakrishna. The Ruling Leaders especially in the tribal areas of Bhadrachalam are the most worried post the abduction.
On Thursday, A letter on behalf of CPI (Maoist) has been issued in Charla demanding TRS Government to put an end to fake encounters in the agency. Police were yet to figure out if this Group have a role in the kidnap of TRS Leaders.
Incidents like these at the time when campaigning for Warangal by-poll is in full swing will certainly irk Chief Minister KCR. TRS Government might send feelers or hold talks with Maoists to free its Leaders.
