Smriti Irani escapes unhurt in Crash

Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani escaped unhurt after a mishap on the Yamuna Expressway while she was returning back to New Delhi from Vrindavan after addressing the Inaugural day at the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM). A cars in the Minister's convoy collided with each other, after a Honda City car struck a Motorcyclist. Even though her car got damaged, The Minister was safe. Two Cops in  Irani's convoy suffered minor injuries.

Soon after the mishap, Smriti Irani took to twitter to convey that she is completely alright: "For all enquiring re my accident- I'm fine. Thank you for the concern and wishes".

Smriti Irani tried to help the injured who were lying on the road and made arrangement from shifting them to the hospital as quickly as possible. She also lauded the efforts of Manoj Chopra and his Wife who came to the rescue of injured citizens.
