Social Distancing Gets Reduced To One Meter

Ever since the dreaded disease has hit the world many nations across the world have urged the public to observe social distancing with maintaining a minimum distance of six meters which got reduced to 2 meters and 1.5 meters in some countries.

Now the distance was cut short to 1 meter. Talking about the same, Professor Robert Dingwall, a sociologist at Nottingham Trent University quoted WHO as saying following one-meter distancing with others is enough.

Austria, Norway, Sweden, and Finland have opted to impose the social distancing of one meter in the respective nations going by the recommendations of the World Health Organization(WHO).

On the other hand, Germany, Poland, and the Netherlands directed their public to follow the social distancing of 1.5 meters as a measure to combat the dreaded disease. While the UK, Switzerland, the US, Spain, and Italy have opted to follow 2 meters of social distancing.
