Former Team India skipper Sourav Ganguly announced his All Time XI Team through a video footage posted on the Twitter handle of Lords Stadium.
What came as a surprise was 8 out of 11 players he named were specialist Batsman. Only three Bowlers (McGrath, Stain, Warne) were included in the squad. Other unexpected move would be no inclusion of legendary players such as Viv Richards and Brian Lara.
Haydon & Cook will be openers. Dravid, Sachin, Kallis and Sangakkara form the middle order. No one knows why he included someone like Ricky Ponting in the lower middle order as the Australian has never played at that particular place.
