A special Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) court will rule out the judgment on the 30th of September. Directives were sent all the  32 accused in the case to be present in the court on the judgment day.

Some media reports claim that the CBI sleuths have probed deep into the much talked about case and over 350 witnesses and documentary evidence were produced before the court.

The 32 accused in the case includes BJP senior leaders LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, and former Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh.

LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, who were the top leaders of the BJP back then in the '90s face allegations of playing a key role behind the conspiracy to demolish the Babri mosque.

The Babri-Masjid demolition case has a history of over two decades. The Babri Masjid, which was believed to be built by Mir Baqi was demolished by the Kar Sevaks on the 6th of December 1992.

The Right-wing organizations claim that the mosque was demolished claiming that the religious place was constructed on a site that was traditionally identified as the birthplace of Hindu deity Lord Rama.

On the 9th of November 2019, the Supreme Court ruled out to construct Ram Mandir in the disputed land and directed to grant land of 5 acres to Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board to construct a mosque there.
