After vacating his old house, Chandrababu Naidu began using a rented house in Jubilee Hills Road No.10. Nara Bhuvaneswari and Brahmani preferred staying at a Star Hotel in Banjara Gills since then.

Naidu's New Home has got many specialities. This 5-floor Building is spread across 35,000 square feet. Arrangements have been done for parking of nearly 20 vehicles. A meeting hall in the cellar will be used by the officials. CBN's Office, Conference Room, Dining Hall & Kitchen will be in the ground floor. In the first floor, There is a bedroom specially designed for Chandrababu & Library. Nara Lokesh's Bedroom & Devaansh's Play Area will be in the second floor. A Gym and Swimming Pool could also be seen here.
