The sports anchor and her husband, Cricketer Stuart Binny welcomed their first child, a baby boy on Friday. That's the reason for her exit from this edition of the tournament.
She took to Twitter and shared the news of the birth of their first child and thanked Starsports India for supporting her during this time. She shared a note with her tweet.
"So I'm going to love watching the IPL @StarSportsIndia all the best to the team @jatinsapru @suhailchandhok @cricketaakash @SanjanaGanesan @ProfDeano @scottbstyris @BrettLee_58 @Sanjog_G and the full gang!!" her Tweet read.
In her note, the anchor maintained that Star Sports family supported her the most and they even made adjustments so that she feels comfortable till she was 5 months pregnant.
