It is known that Ravi Prakash moved the Supremo Court for anticipatory bail after receiving a setback in the High Court. The Apex Court made crucial comments on the petition Today. A Direction has been passed to High Court asking it to conduct the hearing of Ravi Prakash's bail petition on merit basis.
Supreme Court ordered the High Court to take a decision on Ravi Prakash's bail on June 10th. It directed Ravi Prakash to appear for the questioning as per notices served to him under 41A of CrPC. SC asked Cyberabad Police to serve notices to Ravi Prakash 48 hours in advance if they wishes to take him into custody.
The directions given by the Supreme Court were like a bit of relief to Ravi Prakash. He would only hope to see High Court grants him anticipatory bail on June 10th.
