The Supreme Court is expected to deliver the key judgments that will change the course of the country. Supreme Court Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi is scheduled to deliver verdicts on key cases including Ayodhya. The constitutional jury of five judges in the case recently completed a long day of trial and reserved the verdict.

The Babri Masjid was attacked in 1934 in Ayodhya. The mosque was partially damaged, and the British government collected the money from the Hindus in Ayodhya. However, after 1950, the conflict came up again. In December 1950, the statues of Lord Rama were placed in the center of the mosque where Hindus held prayers.

In 1950, Gopal Singh Visharad filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking the right to worship and worship idols of Lord Ram in the Babri Masjid. The Nirmohi Akhara and Sunni Waqf boards subsequently filed separate lawsuits. The court case has been going on for over seven decades.

The review petition was filed, on February 6 last year, which allowed women of all ages to enter the Sabarimala Ayyappa temple. Court has also completed its inquiry, reserved for the judgment. The judgment in the case is expected to announced by the Supreme Court next week.
